These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of NUTX (the "Website"). By accessing or using the Website, or by purchasing any content on it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.

1. Eligibility (18+ only)

The Website contains sexually explicit material intended for adults only. You may use it only if you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if that is higher, and if viewing such material is legal where you are. By using the Website, you confirm that you meet these requirements. Do not allow minors to access the Website from your devices.

2. Content

The Website may include original content, content identified as AI-generated, and previews or references to third-party productions. Characters marked with an "AI" badge are fictional characters created with artificial intelligence; they are not real people, and their images, videos and texts are AI-generated. The chat characters are AI characters and their replies are generated automatically. Content is provided for personal entertainment. Our record-keeping position is described in the 18 U.S.C. § 2257 Compliance Statement.

3. Purchases

• Some content is available only after a one-time payment. Prices are shown in US dollars before purchase. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges.
• Payments are processed by third-party payment providers through our secure checkout. Their own terms may also apply to the payment. We do not receive or store your card or bank details.
• After a successful payment, access to the purchased item is granted in the browser used to buy it and can be restored on other devices using the email entered at checkout (see the FAQ).
• A purchase includes any parts later added to the same paid item.
• You are responsible for entering a valid email address at checkout. Without it, we may be unable to help you recover access.

4. Refund policy

All content is digital and delivered immediately. Once content has been unlocked, the sale is final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you agree that access to the content begins immediately.

If you were charged more than once for the same item, or you paid and the content was never unlocked, contact us at [email protected]. We will restore your access or review the charge.

5. License to use purchased content

When you unlock content, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view it on the Website for your own private, non-commercial use. You may not:

• download, record, copy, redistribute, resell, publicly display or share the content, or links that grant access to it;
• share your access, recovery links or order confirmation with other people;
• bypass, disable or interfere with any payment, access-control or security feature of the Website.

Access obtained through fraud, or through a payment that is later reversed or charged back, may be revoked.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Website to break the law, not to scrape or harvest content or data by automated means, not to overload or disrupt the Website, and not to attempt unauthorized access to any part of it.

7. Intellectual property and removal requests

Content, branding and design on the Website belong to their respective owners. If you believe material on the Website infringes your rights, or if you appear in content and want it reviewed, contact us at [email protected] with enough detail to identify the material. Valid requests will be reviewed promptly and may result in removal.

8. Third-party links and advertising

The Website may display advertising and links to partner or third-party websites. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, products or practices. Visiting them is at your own risk and under their own terms.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Website and purchased content available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, update or remove content and features. If an item you bought becomes permanently unavailable for reasons under our control, contact us and we will look for a fair solution.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Website or a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the item concerned.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continued use of the Website after an update means you accept the new Terms. Purchases already completed keep the access they granted.
