Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information NUTX (the "Website", "we") collects, why, and what choices you have. In short: we collect as little as possible, we have no user accounts, and we do not sell your data.

1. Information we collect

When you buy something

• Your email address, as entered at checkout.
• Order details: the item purchased, price, date and an order reference number.

Your payment details (card number, bank or PayPal account) are entered on the checkout page and handled by the payment providers. They are never sent to or stored by the Website.

When you browse

• Anonymous viewing statistics: which pages and videos are viewed, the country of the visit and the domain of the referring website (for example, "google.com"). We do not store IP addresses in these statistics, and they are not linked to your email or purchases. So that reloading the same page does not count many times, we keep a one-way scrambled code made from your connection and browser (it cannot be turned back into your IP) for 24 hours, and then delete it.
• "Like" counts: likes are counted in total only and are not linked to you.

When you chat with a character

• The characters you can chat with are AI characters (marked with an "AI" badge), not real people. Their replies are generated automatically by the Website.
• To keep the conversation going, we store your messages, her replies and the details you chose to tell her (for example, the name you gave, where you are from, your job, your age, your pet, things you like or plans you mentioned — so she can remember them when you come back) on the Website, linked to a random code in your browser — not to your email, purchases or IP address.
• A character may show you pictures and posts from this Website, or send you short voice messages, inside the chat. We count how many were shown, sent and tapped, without linking them to you.
• When you open a chat, we count your browser's language (for example "es" or "de") and how many messages are written in other languages, only as totals, to decide whether to offer the chat in more languages.
• We also count how many chat messages are sent per day and how many different conversations had messages, using a one-way code for each conversation (never your identity or what you wrote). These counts are kept for about a year.
• To suggest posts you may like, your browser remembers — only during your visit — which posts you opened and which filters you used on this Website. This is sent along with your chat messages and kept with the conversation; it is not linked to your identity.
• Messages the character did not understand may be reviewed (without anything that identifies you) to improve her replies.
• Some characters also offer a game mode ("Play with her"). Your progress in each game (the step you are on, the points the game counts, which endings you reached) and the game conversation are kept with the same random chat code as your chat, so you can continue later. Reaching an ending may leave a message, a picture or a clip from the character in your chat.
• Please do not share personal or sensitive information in the chat. The chat is for adults only; if you say you are under 18, the conversation ends.

Infrastructure

Like most websites, the Website is delivered through a content delivery and security network (Cloudflare) and runs on a hosting provider. These providers process technical data such as IP addresses and browser information to deliver the Website and protect it from abuse, and may keep short-term server logs, under their own privacy policies.

2. How we use your information

• To deliver what you bought and keep it unlocked for you.
• To send purchase-related emails: the purchase confirmation and, when you request one, an access recovery link.
• To answer your support requests.
• To understand, in aggregate, which content is popular.
• To prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations.

We do not send marketing emails and we do not sell, rent or share your email address for advertising.

3. Cookies and local storage

We only use what is needed for the Website to work. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies of our own.

• Session cookie: a technical cookie the Website needs to work. It is deleted when you close your browser.
• Chat cookie (nx_chat): created only if you open a character chat. It holds a random code so your conversation is still there when you come back. It lasts up to 1 year and cannot be read by scripts on the page.
• Chat post cookie (nx_chat_ref): created only if you tap a post a character showed you in the chat. It remembers which character showed which post (no personal data), so we can count purchases that came from the chat. It lasts 2 days and cannot be read by scripts on the page.
• Team cookie (nx_team): set only on the browsers of the people who run the Website, so their own testing is not counted in the statistics. Regular visitors never receive it.
• Access cookie (belerofonte_access): created only after a purchase or an access recovery. It stores the reference numbers of your orders so your content stays unlocked without an account. It lasts up to 1 year and cannot be read by scripts on the page.
• Local storage: your browser remembers that you confirmed you are 18+ and which items you liked, so you are not asked again. This data stays on your device and is never sent to us.
• App files: if you install the Website as an app, your browser keeps a copy of its style sheets, scripts, icons and a "You're offline" page on your device so it opens faster. Pages and your content are never stored this way. We count, only as totals, how many times the app is installed or opened, without any identifier.

Advertisements or partner content embedded on the Website may set their own cookies, under the privacy policies of those third parties.

You can delete cookies and local storage at any time in your browser settings. If you delete the access cookie, use the Recover access page to unlock your purchases again.

4. Who we share information with

We share information only with the service providers needed to run the Website, and only for that purpose:

• Checkout and payment providers, to process your payment.
• Email delivery provider, to send purchase and recovery emails.
• Hosting, content delivery and storage providers, to run the Website and deliver images and videos.

We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights, our users or the public.

5. How long we keep information

• Order records (email, item, date, reference) are kept for as long as your purchase gives you access, because they are what allows you to recover it, and as required for accounting and legal purposes.
• Recovery links expire after 30 minutes, can be used only once, and expired links are deleted.
• Viewing statistics are kept in anonymous form.
• Chat conversations (and game progress) are deleted automatically after 30 days without new messages.

6. Your rights

You may ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, by writing to [email protected] from the email address used at checkout. Please note that if we delete your order records, we will no longer be able to restore your access to content you purchased. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and you may contact your local data protection authority.

7. Security

The Website uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), stores access cookies so that page scripts cannot read them, keeps paid files in private storage that is only delivered after your purchase is verified, and never handles payment card data.

8. Adults only

The Website is intended only for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
